How do I submit the Application?

The application cycle opens in February, 2019.

You may submit your application by email, by mail or drop it off at any of the drop off locations below.

This year, there are 2 deadlines to submit your application: February 28th, 2019 and March 31st, 2019.

Applicant Interviews will take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings throughout March, April and May, 2019

Implementation Training (Mandatory for all grantees): Wednesday, May 29th 6-9pm
